Whether you are renting a holiday home, celebrating something special, planning a romantic dinner for two or just feel like a night in with a break from cooking, choose to indulge yourselves with the luxury of the services of a private chef.

Relax and unwind with a glass of wine and i will light candles to create an intimate ambience. All the dishes i have created have been inspired by my world wide travels in my quest to satisfy my tastebuds! Whichever menu you choose i will endevour to recreate those regional flavours bringing them to your plate.

Wherever possible i personaly grow and use organic vegetables, fruits and herbs to guarantee you freshness and flavour.

I am an internationaly trained chef with over 20 years experience. I have amongst others worked at the 5* Le Meridien Hotel, London, as Chef Saucier in the michellin star restaurant The Oak Room and have been a private chef to the famous U.K comedian Jack Dee.

I am proud to bring you fine dining direct to your table and i will even wash the dishes before i depart. I look forward to creating your perfect evening.
