Wedding Menus

 

I offer a selection of set Wedding menus ranging from the affordable to the indulgent. These menus are designed for 60 people minimum. If your group is smaller please take a look at my gourmet BBQ page or contact me to discuss menu plans. Sit down set meals are also available upon request .

The first canapé courses are served by waitstaff on platters to your guests, usually while the photographs are being taken. The rest of the courses are served buffet style for guests to help them selves

 

SILVER DINING

BBQ steak and mushroom kebabs

Chicken Teriyaki skewers

Macadamia and lemon sea kelp encrusted scallops, petit salad, shellfish oil drizzle

Buffet

Flame grilled pork, spiced plum glaze

BBQ lamb with garlic and rosemary

Fresh fish parcels with coconut and kaffir lime

Warmed garlic potato’s

Chargrilled vegetable platters

Italian salad leaves with marinated feta and kalamatas

Dessert served to your table

Individual strawberry tarts, or citron tarts (depending on season) with berry coulis and vanilla scented cream

Smoked salmon blinis, chive crème fraiche

Waiheke oysters, served on the shell, lemon wedge or mirin wasabi tartare

Buffet

Chargrilled eye fillet steak, horse radish bearnaise sauce

Hot Manuka Wood Smoked Salmon, citrus aoioli, wild rocket and watercress

Classic Caesar salad, parmesan, garlic croutons
