The Menu prices are fully inclusive of food costings and chef's labour. I can provide competent and friendly wait staff at $25.00 per hour and registered Bar Managers at $30 per hour.
Holidays will incur a surcharge of time and half for staff and 15% surcharge on all menu prices.
Alternatively if you wish to pucrhase your own ingredients and have me prepare them, my hourly rate is $75per hour (holiday rate incurs 15% surcharge).
Menu prices do not include GST
