I have a wide and varied selection of themed gourmet BBQ menus suitable for every taste and budget. The first courses on the menu will be served to your guests on platters upon arrival as they enjoy drinks and get acquainted. The rest of the food is served buffet style with the meats and fish carved to order by the chefs.
