Servers & bar staff are $40 per hour, minimum 3 hour callout
We work on 1 server per 8 guests for seated, plated events, 2 for 16....
1 for every 12 guests for our casual dining, 2 for 24....
Servers prepare tables and kitchen spaces ahead of service
Assist with food and beverage delivery
Ensure all dining and kitchen areas are cleared and reset after the event, creating a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
Please note that all menu prices are exclusive of GST
