Formal Wedding Menu $85 per head
Entrees (select two)
Salad caprese, slow roasted tomato, red basil oil .
Hot Manuka smoked salmon, wild rocket, lime tartare.
Chicken liver pate, cognac and sweet onion relish, warmed petits rolls.
Roasted feta and watermelon salad, chive zest vinaigerette, mixed micro greens.
Macadamia and Lemon sea kelp encrusted scallops, petit salad, shellfish oil drizzle.
Mains (select two)
All served with seasonal vegetables and potato's.
Lemon and herb roasted free range chicken breast, goats cheese smash.
Market fish, olive oil and wild rocket mash, Ratatouille.
Twice cooked pork belly, Butter nut squash with sage butter, apple and pear relish.
Pistachio and herb crusted lamb racks, truffle potato, lamb reduction.
Peppered chargrilled eye fillet, potato and herb rosti, creamy mushroom sauce.
Dessert (select one)
Orange blossom poached peaches, meringue and ice cream.
Warm chocolate pudding, salted chocolate and cointreau sauce.
Brandy snap basket, fresh fruit, crushed rapsberry and mint creme fraich.
Sticky date pudding with toffee sauce.
Individual seasonal fresh fruit tarts choose from, citron, raspberry and rhubard, blueberry or strawberry and cream. Served with vanilla bean cream and coulis.
