Our menus include sustainably harvested seafood and ethically farmed meats from around New Zealand, hormone free wherever possible.
We use locally sourced oysters, honeycomb, spray free micro greens and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Farmed fresh from ocean & field to the table
We use seasonal, sustainable and local produce whenever possible, from locally harvested spray free organic microgreens, Waiheke honeycomb, citrus and Te Matuku bay oysters.
