Chef Deb started her boutique catering company in 2008 and has been serving Waiheke ever since. Deb has her roots in classic fine dining and looks forward to showcasing all of her signature dishes with you.
Our menus include sustainably harvested seafood and ethically farmed meats from around New Zealand, hormone free wherever possible. We use locally sourced oysters, honeycomb, spray free micro greens and seasonal fruits and vegetables.
