Waiter service is extra @ $40 per hour, minimum call out 3 hours. Your waiter arrives 45 minutes prior to your dine time to set table, prep the kitchen for chefs arrival and serve pre dinner drinks. Waiter then commences to table service, washes up and cleans kitchen before departing, leaving you and your guests to fully relax and enjoy the experience. We work on 1 waiter per 4-15 guests - menu dependent.

We also have bar staff to take care of your drinks service - minimum call out is 3 hours and $40 per hour.

Lunch & dinner service for chefs on site is 3 hours. If your running late or would like to slow down food service , chefs extra charge onsite is $70 per hour, Chef Deb onsite extra is $150 per hour.

Public Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve - waiter service is time and a half
